Career Fair Prep Day
The Career Center is hosting a preparatory event in anticipation of the Diversity Job & Internship Fair. This will provide students with an opportunity to boost their resumes and speak with professionals who can help them stand out at the Job Fair. Free popcorn will be served throughout the panel, and padfolios will be available to purchase. The event does not require an appointment and is hosted from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in Centennial Hall, Room 215.
A.I. Classroom: Introduction and Overview
The St. Cloud State University Vizlab, brings an introductory session on the potentials of A.I. for both students and educators. The session is hosted by Mark Gill, Visualization Engineer for Vizlab. The talk will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the ISELF building, Room 101.
IRB Office Hours for Human Subjects Research
The Institutional Review Board Office Hours gives students a chance to have an in-depth discussion with the review board on their research approval process. The event is virtually held from 12:30 p.m to 1:30 p.m., and the zoom link can be found on HuskiesConnect.
Tau Kappa Epsilon Game Night
The Tau Kappa Epsilon brothers host a classic game night, featuring a wide array of video, board, and card games. Games run from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Atwood Memorial Center Esports Lounge, with free food on a first come first served basis.
Calvary College Nights: Ephesians
In their weekly series, the student-led Calvary College Ministry hosts “discussion, fellowship, and food,” by engaging students with the gospel and accompanying conversation. This meeting will look at “The Epistle to the Ephesians,” and feature a guest speaker to guide the service. College Nights take place every Thursday at the Calvary Community Church from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Huskies Cinema: A Star is Born
The Huskies Events and Activities Team continues with their semester-long cinema program, with 2018’s “A Star Is Born.” Huskies Cinema is in the Atwood Memorial Center Theater, where seating starts at 7:30 p.m., and the film will begin at 8 p.m. An accompanying concession stand will be free to all movie-goers. The film is free to students with a valid school ID.

Grad School Fair
For the first event of the 16th annual Power in Diversity Leadership Conference, St. Cloud State University and the MN-State Office of Equity and Inclusion is bringing the Graduate School Fair. This year’s theme is: Empowering Self and Uplifting Community. Workshops and training activities will be centered on engagement in community activism and social justice, as well as developing effective ways to integrate self-care into communal work. You can register for the event on Handshake, where you will also find a list of attending graduate school programs. The event will be held in the Atwood Alumni Lounge from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Power in Diversity Job & Internship Fair
Coinciding with the Grad School Fair, the Power in Diversity Leadership Conference continues with St. Cloud State University’s largest job fair. There will be 100+ employers offering internships, and part-time and full-time job opportunities for both students and alumni. The event goes from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Atwood Memorial center and does not require registration. A list of attending employers can be found on Handshake.
Esports FIFA Tournament Bracket
St. Cloud State University Esports hosts an FC25 tournament, where gamers can put their skills to the test in a one-night-only elimination bracket. Players will be required to pay a $5 buy-in fee, with the money going towards the winner’s cash prize. Buy-in starts at 4:00 p.m. and the tournament will commence shortly after. The event will be held in the Esports Lounge at the Atwood Memorial Center.
Ping Pong Tournament: Registration Closes
Campus Recreation will close registration for their one-day Ping-Pong Tournament. Event details will be provided shortly after registration closes. The event is free to register at the Campus Recreation Center in Halenbeck Hall until 7 p.m.
6v6 Volleyball: Registration Closes
Campus Recreation will close registration for their 6v6 Volleyball tournament, with event details coming shortly thereafter. The event is free to register at the Campus Recreation Center in Halenbeck Hall until 7 p.m.
Esports (Intramurals) for NHL 24: Registration Closes
Campus Recreation Intramurals will close registration for their EA Sports NHL24 league. Registration for the league is free, a championship shirt will be provided to participants. The league will be accepting registration until 7 p.m. at the Campus Recreation Center in Halenbeck Hall.
